This gentleman had recurring sciatica which other treatments couldn't fix. As a golfer this was affecting his game. A secondary problem was a painful 'tennis' elbow. We set about fixing the sciatica first, 4 simple exercises relieved the symptoms immediately and a daily exercise repetition - to re-position the pelvis - has cured the problem. The elbow pain was a symptom of poor shoulder placement and a further set of exercises has been very successful. The pictures show a complete change in body position from the floor upwards, to a more functional state.
