Body Circuits (currently not scheduled but available in Personal Training).

Circuit training is the most scientifically proven exercise. It is time efficient, and incorporates strength, flexibility, and fat-burning cardio fitness in the same work-out. The exercises are based on time, rather than repetitions,  so you are able to go at your own pace.

No machines are involved, just pure and simple - and very effective - body weight exercises, and cardio moves. If you've only a short time to spare circuits is for you.

So who is this class suitable for?

If you want to burn more calories, if you want a more energetic class, or a good all-round mix of aerobic activity, resistance and toning and strengthening exercises, then this is for you. There are no age, sex, or ability barriers - I have had ladies taking part in their 70's!
